IT support engineer
We’re looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join a small but established team working proactive support of the IT infrastructure of our large digital agency. You will provide efficient and effective day to day support to the business, including application and hardware support, machine builds, hardware and software troubleshooting amongst many others.
Required technical skills and experience
Deskside Support - providing desktop computer technical support for the user’s hardware and software (including but not limited to)
Application support (O365, Skype for Business etc.)
Windows Update Issues
Hardware Issues (Laptop, Screens, Docs, Cabling etc.)
Machine Build (including but not limited to)
Resolve driver issues
User profile management
Manage AV Administration
Manage Encryption Administration
Client SSL Certificate creation
Hardware and software trouble shooting with RCA and permanent remediation
Able to follow set procedures.
Decision making and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
